Website Revamp
The UMSU Clubs Online Website will be revamped with new features to make it easier to navigate.
The UMSU Clubs Online Website is currently outdated with existing old features, which makes it difficult for club executives to navigate, especially when applying for grant applications.
Why this matters
Revamping UMSU Clubs Online Website by redesigning the website workflow (e.g. step-by-step wizard, a checklist, a validation system that instantly flags missing documentation or incorrect file types, and list of downloadable documentation or auto-generated templates, etc) would streamline grant application processes faster and error-free.
How we implement it
Together will: 1: Discuss the feasibility of revamping the website with committee and staff members by either these options: A. Redesign the frontend interface and grant workflow modules while keeping existing backend (database and authentication) intact. (More cost-efficient) B. Fully redesign the whole website. (More expensive).
