More surveys, idea submissions, ongoing feedback
Establishing regular, structured surveys on existing events, an open channel for students to submit ideas and suggestions for new activities, and ongoing feedback loops so student voices are embedded in event design from the start.
Why this matters
Events planned without direct input from the students who attend them risk missing what students actually want. Consistent feedback loops make events more relevant, better attended, and give students a genuine sense of ownership over union activities.
How we implement it
Together will: introduce a short survey distributed after every major event; set up a permanent, always-open suggestion form; publish a quarterly review of feedback data to inform the following term's event planning; publish a brief "you said, we did" summary each term
